Appointment Policy

• Advance Notice Required:
  If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance by calling or texting 086 807 4388.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur the loss of that session or event fee.

• Emergencies: We understand that emergencies happen, so please reach out to us if exceptional circumstances prevent you from attending.

Booking & Cancellation Guidelines

• Payment at Time of Booking: All appointments must be paid for in full at the time of booking.

• Refund Window: If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance in order to receive a refund.

• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance to carry over your session
  fee to the new appointment.

Why This Policy Exists

Late cancellations and missed appointments reduce availability to book other client sessions and events, and impact Soundsongs’ ability
to operate efficiently. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
