Sound Massage

Experience Deep Relaxation Through Sound

Peter Hess® Sound Massage is a gentle, non-invasive therapy that uses specially crafted singing bowls placed on and around the body. Their soothing vibrations encourage deep relaxation, helping you release tension and reconnect with a sense of calm. You remain fully clothed throughout the session, allowing you to simply relax while the sound does the work.

If you are unable to travel, or would prefer me to come to your home for the sound massage, this won’t be a problem provided it is within the catchment area. Simply provide your details on the booking form. Alternatively, the session can be given at my home in Tuam, if this is more convenient for you.
For those outside the catchment area, please contact me to discuss your requirements and location. These will incur different pricing.

Benefits for Mind and Body

The harmonious vibrations of the singing bowls create an environment where the body can naturally unwind. Many people leave their session feeling refreshed, emotionally balanced, and more connected with themselves. While every experience is unique, the goal is always to provide a peaceful space for relaxation and wellbeing.

What to Expect During Your Session

Your session begins with a brief conversation about your wellbeing and expectations. You will then lie comfortably while the singing bowls are gently placed on and around your body. The carefully produced tones and vibrations create a calming experience, followed by a few moments of quiet reflection before your session concludes.
